The U.S.S. Pennsylvania was a 120 gun first-rate ship of the line. She was authorized by Congress to be built on April 29, 1816 and was the largest sailing warship ever built for the U.S. Navy. She was designed and built by Samuel Humphreys in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. She was not launched until July 18, 1837, due to budget restraints. The U.S.S. Pennsylvania clock is the perfect gift for lovers of US Naval History.
The mug design is a reproduction of an original watercolor by Lee M. Buchanan. This clock features Roman numerals and will add a classic touch to any room in your home. The clock has a wooden frame, plexiglass face and a prae-installed backside hook for hanging. It is for indoor use and requires one AA battery, not included. You have choices for the finishes of the frame and clock hands.
